Questions

Top Questions Asked by  New Broker Clients about our mortgage processing referral service.

  1.   Will I need to sign a contract?  LoanAssist.com, LLC uses a standard "sub-contractor" agreement.  This easy to read agreement is designed to outline our procedures, and the expectations of both parties.  Contract Processing Agreement
  2.   How do you get paid when a loan closes?  LoanAssist.com, LLC fee is placed on the HUD at closing.  Basically the same as an appraiser or survey company is paid. For loans that do not close, or rescind we will bill you on a net 15 basis for payment.
  3.   Will you contact my borrower?  Your processor  will contact your borrower for small items such as insurance agent names.  However as a rule we feel that the borrower is best served by working with their loan officer.  For this reason any items missing from the borrower will be placed on our status sheet and sent to the loan officer to retrieve from the borrower.  This way the loan moves faster to closing and the borrower can communicate with their loan officer with any questions they have about the loan process.
  4.   How long have you been in business?  LoanAssist.com has been in business for over 5 years with a recent name change from Parker and Associates to LoanAssist.com to give more attention to our web presence.  You can also locate us on the web at www.MortgageProcessor.com
  5.   How can your company help my company to grow?  With many years experience as a national processing company we can assist you in many ways.  We have helped many small companies to grow, and helped many large companies to move to their full profit potential.  Now with even more services being offered we are assisting clients from finding borrowers to post sale services.  We look forward to assisting you.
  6.   What is your average closing cycle?  Currently our average closing cycle is 13 business days for "A" loans and slightly less for clean "B-C" mortgages.
  7.   What makes you different/better than your competition?      There seems to be no shortage of new processing companies, and there is plenty of need for good processors in today's booming mortgage industry.  LoanAssist.com, LLC goal is to fulfill our brokers needs as they would fulfill them within their own company.  "Our brokers real need is not just to get their paperwork done - but to have the freedom to thrive and grow."  For this reason we are now connecting mortgage brokers directly with trained processors who can best fit their immediate needs and geographical location.
  8.   What if I don't like the processor I'm referred to?  If you are not happy with your processor, you can ask for a replacement at any time.  Our goal is to help you find a processor that you will feel comfortable with and one that can assist you with your overall company goals.  It's highly unlikely that you will have problems with any of our processing staff as they are all prescreened for you and will work hard to earn your trust and future business.
  9.   How do I know you will be around a month from now?  LoanAssist.com, LLC has been in business since June of 1995.  We doubled in size 4 times in our first two years with no advertisement at all.  A national magazine has now  done article on our company (when we were under the name Parker and Associates), and we have been called "the fastest growing mortgage processing company in the United States".  With a new web page designed to help our brokers be more competitive, and a virtually untapped market, we are very excited about our prospects.  We hope that we can have the opportunity to show you what we can do for your company.
  10.   I'm worried about sending my files out of state  We are here to help you grow your business.  The only way we can accomplish that goal is to make sure that is through a trusting relationship with our customers, and through effective, swift processing. There are no minimums or time periods with our company.  Send us some files and let us show you how we have helped so many companies close more loans and increase profits.
