LoanAssist.com is excited to be offering an opportunity for sub-contractors to work with our
existing broker clients. As a Sub-contractor you own your own business
and can work out of a home office. With over 5 years experience helping in
home processing staff expand in Denver we are now bringing this opportunity to
processors all over the nation. To be considered for these openings you
must have a minimum of the following:
- A minimum of 2 years processing experience.
- A professional office (home or otherwise).
- Dedicated fax and phone lines with voice mail.
- A computer capable
of running Windows 95 or higher, and a printer.
- A copy of processing software that can print all the major forms needed to
process a loan.
- Ability to close at least 5 loans on a monthly basis.
- And a positive and dedicated attitude to set your own goals to make as
much money as you want.
Successful applicants will be responsible for
working with clients as a subcontractor to our company. We will place your
profile on our web site and continue to send you new clients until you tell us
you can't take any more business.
We will take care of all contract negotiation for you, and deliver a broker
client that we have explained our method of processing. Our processors do
not need to provide borrower contact, realtor contact, selection of lenders, or
locking of rates. What our processors do is provide the fastest and best
processing services available by concentrating on broker and borrower
satisfaction. If you are interested in working on an exclusive basis as a
subcontractor for our company then please contact us today. We charge the
broker $400 per closed file with $300 of this going directly to you, plus $30
per lender each file is submitted to will be reimbursed by the broker.
Unclosed files may be charged back to the borrower at a fee of $150 per file if
needed.
This will be your business! You can hire staff to increase capacity,
open an outside office and hire management. All we ask of you is that you
